This policy covers the Leeroy app and this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@leeroy.app.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, and password-based authentication information.
- Profile information: your username, display name, bio, and profile photo, where provided.
- Gaming and social activity: game entries, ratings, reviews, lists, likes, comments, friendships, recommendations, and currently playing status that you save in Leeroy.
- Connected gaming accounts: if you connect PlayStation, Xbox, or Steam, we process platform identifiers, profile details, and gaming history or achievement information needed for the features you use. We store connection credentials or tokens where needed to maintain a connection.
- Support messages: information you send us by email, including deletion requests.
How we use information
We use this information to create and manage your account, provide your profile and game library, operate social features, retrieve gaming platform information you request, and respond to support and deletion requests.
Visibility and service providers
Your profile and content you share through Leeroy’s social features may be visible to other users. Avoid adding information you do not want others to see.
We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and uploaded profile photos. Connected platform features communicate with Sony, Microsoft, or Valve when you choose to use them. Game information comes from IGDB and OpenCritic. These services process requests under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. This website does not include analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies.
Security
Leeroy’s hosted services use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information and saved content while your account is active so we can provide the service. You can delete individual game entries in the app without deleting your account.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, follow the instructions on our account deletion page. You can also email hello@leeroy.app with questions or requests about your information.

We may update this policy as Leeroy changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
